few months after the release of Android 7.1, Google has announced an update to its Nougat software which provides Android users with new features from diverse emoji to app shortcuts.
Google has added updated support for its image keyboard, making it easy to find and send pictures or GIFs without having to leave the messaging app on Android.
This new feature will work inside Hangouts, Allo and the Messaging app and has been available in the Gboard iOS keyboard since earlier this year. It will now be available on more Android phones.
Android is also diversifying its emoji range to offer a wider selection of professions for women. Android owners can customise their messages and tweets with female farmers, chemists and coders in a variety of skin tones to make emoji more inclusive for everyone.
